Yes! Both our Duluth and Tucker locations welcome walk-in patients with no appointment needed. Duluth is open Tuesday and Thursday, and Tucker is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday — all 10:00AM to 6:00PM. We accept new patients until 4:00PM.

We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, Ambetter, Peach State, WellCare and more. Uninsured patients are always welcome — we offer affordable self-pay rates and flexible payment options.

Yes. We are authorized to perform DOT medical examinations for commercial drivers. We also offer pre-employment physicals, asbestos medical clearance and return-to-work evaluations.

Yes. We provide care for all ages including pediatric well-child visits, immunizations, school and sports physicals, nutrition counseling and treatment for common childhood illnesses. 

 Yes. We offer affordable diagnostic ultrasound at our Duluth location including abdominal, cardiac, OB, and vascular imaging. Results are available within 24 hours.
